What is the difference between the different class types?
Bootcamp and R.I.P.P.E.D. have a higher intensity and fat burning focus. Fitness Fundamentals and Zumba are great activities to get started, add active recovery days and learn some new moves.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is our most popular program. It combines High Intensity Interval Training for maximum fat burn and metabolic impact. Burn the Fat, Bring the Fun! You coach will use a variety of fitness tools from TRX Suspension training to kettle balls with exercises ranging from crab walks to split squats. Our coaches bring together a ever ending range of progressions so the program never gets easy – but you keep getting stronger! Try at least 3 sessions a week and after 30 days we guarantee results. Tighter tummy & core strength, better balance, increased endurance plus your power and flexibility will all improve. Best of all you will be burning fat while toning and sculpting your body! We focus on corrective movements, low impact total body exercises and functional movement. You will burn plenty of calories but more important our goal is to improve your overall mobility, flexibility and pre-habiliate you to your own personal best. Classes are small and our coaches are here to empower persons of any fitness level.

Where are sessions held?
All Get Fit Sacramento Group Training sessions are held at Results the 24 Hour Gym’s state of the art facility (8345 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento 95826). Are sessions in door or outdoor?
Most sessions are indoor but from time to time we like to work in the open air to mix it up.

We offer over 100 sessions a month with start times from 6am to 7pm including Sunday classes! Plus we offer a special Fitness on Request program with over 30 classes that can be taken on demand anytime 24/7.

We offer over 80 sessions a month with start times from 5:30am to 7:30pm including Saturday morning times!

Our guaranteed reservation program allows you to book your sessions in advance to avoid over crowding in sessions.
Drop ins are discouraged to avoid missing a class since our classes have maximum participants. Use your online punch card to redeem sessions in advance.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your sessions 24 hour in advance to avoid loosing credit for your session.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
In order to fully take advantage of the class, we recommend bringing a towel, water bottle and a exercise mat.
Do I have to stick to one class time or type?
No. While we recommend committing to a regular schedule, you have the flexibility to book into any session with availability online. During your promotional period, you will need to attend sessions at the location you performed your orientation.
Sessions should be booked online any time before session. If you book a session and do not show up, you will lose one session credit. You may cancel bookings up to 24 hours prior to the start of session.
How long are the classes?
Our classes are designed to be 50 minutes long, but sometimes run a full hour.
