Group Training

Sacramento gym offering Group Training

Each participant in our group-training program completes an educational orientation designed to maximize your experience with us at Get Fit Sacramento. During your orientation we teach you everything you need to learn to get the most out of your group experience. We will give you access to the Fit U Online Wellness Portal for meal plans, recipes and program scheduling. All group sessions are reservation based and once booked your session is guaranteed.

Fitness Fundamentals

Stability, Activation and “Pre-Hab” is the goal of our Fitness Fundamentals. With the leadership of one of our Get Fit Sacramento coaches you will learn total body functional movements designed to deliver a good workout and help you increase stability and strength. After a few weeks of Fundamentals you will be unbreakable.

Bootcamp: Mission Metabolism

Our Group Metabolic Training will burn fat, build strength and drop sizes with a unique combination of interval, strength and cardio training utilizing the most progressive tools. This program is designed to disrupt your metabolism, build your endurance and tone up.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Experience this total body “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe doable and extremely effective.
